For additional information on each position including clean time requirements and detailed descriptions, please download our area policy below or please attend our monthly ASC meeting or one of our subcommittee meetings. Times and locations are listed on our meetings page.
Area Service Committee (ASC) positions:
Treasurer: The Treasurer shall make an oral report of total contributions and expenditures for the PREVIOUS month during the ASC meeting. The treasurer will collect funds/donations at the ASC and provide receipts at that same ASC.
Vice Treasure: The Vice-Treasurer will learn the responsibilities and assist with the duties of the Treasurer.
Vice Secretary: The Vice-Secretary will learn the responsibilities and assist with the duties of the Secretary.
RCM ALT: (Regional) – The RCM Alternate will learn the responsibilities and assist with the duties, as well as perform these duties and responsibilities in the RCM’s absence.
Local Service Committee (LSC) positions:
Vice Chair: The LSC Vice-Chair will learn the responsibilities and assist with the duties of the Chair.
Flyers: Provides assistance to the subcommittee through flyer design and distribution.
Subcommittee positions:
Policy Chair: Policy Chair will attend all ASC meetings to assist the ASC with any procedural questions. Chair subcommittee meetings as needed. Keep a log of all policy changes.
